A little about me

 

Jenna Schaefer is a multifaceted artist, recognized as an accomplished actor, director, and choreographer based in the vibrant city of Toronto.

Her journey began at George Brown College in the Dance Performance Studies Program, and upon graduation, she delved into filmmaking.

Jenna's on-screen presence has garnered attention, particularly in the Shudder original horror film, The Strings. She also starred in Benevolent, which went on to screen at 16 festivals across North America, and is now available to stream on Amazon Prime in the US & the UK.

Beyond in front of the camera, Jenna showcases her creativity through choreography and directing for both stage and film. Collaborating with institutions such as the Royal Conservatory of Music, dance: made in canada, George Brown College, RT: Collective, and New Blue Emerging Dance, Jenna has left her mark in the world of dance.

Jenna is now venturing into the realm of narrative storytelling. This transition, fueled by her background in choreography and performance, promises a unique fusion of movement and compelling storytelling, showcasing her evolving artistry in film and television.

Jenna is a proud Hufflepuff, and continues to grow her interests in traveling, astrology, and more recently, pilates.
